Following his second transplant, Quinn found Rock City Church, through the invitation of a friend. And he loved it right away. He became an avid volunteer, after the first time he went, becoming a part of the thread that was this church. His faith was so strong and his service entirely selfless it was so inspirational to many.

During his time at the Church, one of the things that interested him greatly were Mission Trips, whether it was in the United Sates or to other countries, it did not matter to him.

He had a dream to go on a Mission Trip to other countries like Honduras or El Salvador, to bring faith to the people, to help them build homes and even moreso to connect with the children there. However these trips were hard for him to make, for the cost and two for the possible risk to his health.

So he started at home, and went on two trips, one to Los Angeles, to tour and study the Dream Center there and return with the foundation to create one at home, in Columbus. Oh. He then went on a second trip to New York City, with a group of people that became his great friends. These trips were incredibly transformational for him and the relationships built very important to him.

He was not able to make it to any trips outside the U.S. though he would have wanted to. So when he died, I wanted to let his dream continue and to live out through others, so that it would be easier for them to go.

This part of the Foundation was born.
